PURPOSE:To prevent communication cost from increasing by speedily disconnecting a line when a temporary conference stop key is depressed. CONSTITUTION:At a cut-off terminal, a system control part 1 decides whether or not a user depresses the 'temporary conference stop key' of an operating part 7 and when it is depressed, by using a BAS command, the depression of the 'temporary conference stop key' is informed from a multiplex/ demultiplex control part 13 through an ISDN interface control part 12 to a terminal to be cut off. Next, the control part 1 disconnects an ISDN line through a D channel control part and the control part 12, and the cut-off terminal and the terminal to be cut off are turned to a temperature conference stop state. Thus, since the D channel control part 11 disconnects the ISDN line when the temporary conference stop key of video conference communication is inputted from the operating part 7, the line can be speedily disconnected. |
