PURPOSE:To perform the effective medical consultation by registering, retrieving and updating the necessary medical information including the consultation histories of patients, etc., among specific hospitals. CONSTITUTION:The first consultation information on the patients of hospitals B1-Bn are inputted to a medical information data bank 1 from a terminal equipment 4 of each hospital via a file server 2. When the consultation information on a certain patient is referred to at a hospital among the hospital B1-Bn other than that where the patient was first examined, the medical information on the patient is inquired through the bank 1 and displayed on the equipment 4 via the server 2 or printed-out via a printer server 3. At the hospital that referred to the medical information on the patient, the newly changed data are inputted and added to the bank 1 as long as the medical information is changed on a medical prescription, etc. |
