PURPOSE:To finely change the lighting state of a lighting load according to the positional relation between the lighting load and a person, facilitate the wiring construction, and dispense with address setting. CONSTITUTION:A human body detecting sensor 1 has a plurality of detecting elements 5 having mutually different visual fields. The visual field of each detecting element 5 corresponds to a plurality of partitions within the detecting area of the human body detecting sensor 1. A control part 6 changes the light output of a lighting load 2 according to which detecting element 5 detects the human body.
