<p>PURPOSE:To provide a picture storage device where the memory is miniaturized and data is simultaneously inputted and outputted to efficiently use the memory. CONSTITUTION:A write decode pulse or a read decode pulse selects prescribed line memory cells out of plural line memory cells 18s as the line memory cent only for write and that only for read. Since a write pulse sets the picture information write state or read state in accordance with this selection of the write decode pulse or the read decode pulse, picture information is simultaneously written and read in one chip.</p> |
