<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electric-cable feed-out apparatus which can send out an electric cable smoothly irrespective of the kind of the electric cable and without causing bend, scratches flaw or the like to the cable. CONSTITUTION:Chain gears G are fitted and mounted respectively on lower parts of one pair of axles 3, 3 which are shaft-supported, erected and installed on a base stand 1 by means of bearings 2, 2. A transmission member 4 such as a roller chain or the like which turns the individual gears G, G mutually to the forward and reverse directions is hooked on the gears. The transmission member 4 is hooked on a motive gear which is turned by a turning effort of a large-diameter bevel gear G2 which is engaged with a bevel gear at the shaft (m) of a motor M. Then, feed-out rollers 7, 7 which form nearly spherical surfaces on mounting tube bodies 6, 6 fitted to, and mounted on, upper parts of the pair of axles 3, 3 and which are made of a hollow elastic material are attached and mounted by means of fixation utensils (n) such as screws or the like via sandwiching and holding fixtures 8, 9. In addition, cable guide members are shaft-supported and installed transversely on the front and rear surfaces of the base stand 1 on both sides of the individual feed-out rollers 7, 7.</p> |
