PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a tile panel having an extremely practical synthetic resin foam layer without flash by simply and easily unitizing a tile material. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of tile materials 10 are disposed in a predetermined positional relationship in vacuum molds, a plastic film 12 is placed on the front surface side of the material via an adhesive layer 14, vacuum molded to integrally fix the film to the material, the material fixed with the film is placed in foaming molds, foamed synthetic resin material is introduced to the rear surface side of the material, and a panel product is integrally foam molded. |
