摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a toner which does not cause image defects, such as black cores, maintains stable image and image characteristics in spite of continuous use and features excellent durability performance and fixing performance by providing this process with a stage for sieving toner particles contg. a resin having a low glass transition temp. and coloring agents by a centrifugal screen classifying machine. CONSTITUTION:This process has the stage for sieving the toner particles contg. the resin having the low glass transition temp. and the coloring agents by the centrifugal screen classifying machine. The glass transition temp. of the resin is preferably 45 to 70 deg.C; there is a difficulty in terms of preservation stability if this temp. is below 45 deg.C and a problem of degraded productivity and toner fixability arises if the temp. is higher than 70 deg.C. This centrifugal screen classifying machine is a centrifugal cylindrical screen classifying machine device having, for example, a cylindrical screen 3 which is made of a synthetic fiber net tightly extended in parallel with the center line of a horizontal direction and plural sheets of rotary vanes 5 which are mounted at a revolving shift 4 revolving on this center line at a slight angle of twist given thereto and are so formed as to have a slight spacing between the front ends thereof and the inside surface of this cylindrical screen 3.</p>
