<p>PURPOSE:To reduce energy loss by a method in which a circulating pipeline equipped with a dehumidifier having a specified composition and a specified deodorizing exhaust pipeline are connected to a fermentation tank with a specified composition, a bubbling nozzle is connected to the other end of the deodorizing exhaust pipeline, and the nozzle is installed in a dehumidification water recovery vessel which constitutes the dehumidifier and contains photosynthetic bacteria in dehumidification recovery water. CONSTITUTION:A fermentation tank body 4 equipped with a raw material inlet 2 and a treated material outlet 3 is installed, and a fermentation agitation blade 6 driven by a motor 5, a surface heat generator 7, and an insulating material 8 are attached to form a fermentation tank 9. A dehumidifier 15 equipped with a circulating air blower 11, an air intake 13, a valve 12, and a dehumidification water recovery vessel 14 is connected by a circulating pipeline 10. One end of a deodorizing exhaust pipeline 17 is connected with the fermentation tank 9 through an exhaust air blower 16; a bubbling nozzle 18 is attached to the other end of the pipeline 17 and installed in the dehumidification recovery water in the dehumidification water recovery vessel 14 Photosynthetic bacteria are cultivated in the dehumidification recovery water.</p> |
