PURPOSE:To provide the subject mold not generating the gloss irregularity on the outer surface of a plastic molded product even when the mold is partially heated by a temp. adjusting core. CONSTITUTION:A mold (fixed mold) 1, the resin injection gates 2a, 2b formed to the fixed mold 1 and a plastic molded product (e.g. the cabinet of a television) 3, temp. adjusting cores 4a, 4b are shown. Thick parts 3a are formed in the vicinity of the bonded part of a resin heated by the temp. adjusting cores 4a, 4b. Since the parts near to the heated parts of the resin heated by the temp. adjusting cores 4a, 4b are thick, heat conductivity is bad and, since the parts remote from the heated parts of the resin have good heat conductivity, the temp. distribution receiving from the heated parts becomes uniform and the transfer property of the mold becomes uniform and the generation of gloss irregularity on the plastic molded product can be prevented. |
