PURPOSE: To make it possible to improve the entire front surface area of a two-chamber pressure package device by superposing an adhesive intermediate layer and an inner body in the trimming peripheral part commonly in an aperture. CONSTITUTION: An outer casing 1 is drawn from a tubular member made of aluminum and thereafter, a base surface 6 is curved and simultaneously the base surface aperture 5 is completely blanked. Further, a peripheral area 9 of the outer casing 1 is enlarged and the outer casing 1 is made easily installable to the projecting part. The tacky adhesive in the area (a) is then applied to the outer peripheral surface of the outer casing 1 or the outer peripheral surface of the inner casing 2 by spraying, etc. The inner casing 2 is fixed to the area (a) of the outer casing 1 by the adhesive intermediate layer 3 but is not joined to the inside surface within the outer casing 1. After the inner casing 2 and the adhesive intermediate layer 3 are mounted into the outer casing 1, an upper ring 14 is removed to the portion of the opening end and further to the periphery 11 or more tan the same. The removal is executed by milling and may be executed by cutting or other methods. |
