PURPOSE:To simply mount a clip onto a blow molded product by a method wherein a clip body is inserted into a recessed part in a metal mold, a clip stand is made to face to a molding face, a synthetic resin is then made to enter a hollow part and a through hole and the clip is installed so as to protrude from the outer circumference of a tubular body. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 9b into which a clip body 12a for a clip 12 is inserted so as to be positioned is formed so as to protrude from a proper place on a molding face 9s for a lower metal mold 9, the clip body 12a is inserted into, and positioned in, the recessed part 9b, and a synthetic resin P is hung onto the molding face 9a from a crosshead. Then, the lower metal mold 9 is moved to the lower part of an upper metal mold, the upper metal mold is lowered, the upper and lower metal molds are closed, and a blow pressure P/B is sent into the upper and lower metal molds. Then, the synthetic resin P is brought into close contact with the molding face 9a by the blow pressure P/B, the synthetic resin P in a half molten state enter a hollow part 12a and a through hole 12f in a clip stand 12b, and the clip 12 is blow-molded and inserted simultaneously into a protector 1. As a result, the chip can be inserted simply into a blow molded product. |
