<p>PURPOSE:To improve the convenience for customers and to simplify the window service by enabling the customer, who wants to purchase a discount ticket, to receive the issue of the discount ticket from an automatic ticket vending machine. CONSTITUTION:The automatic ticket vending equipment consists of an automatic ticket vending machine 50 and a certificate confirming machine 60. The automatic ticket vending machine 50 is provided with a ticket issue function part 30, a control part 22, a mechanism 41 for presentation which carries a certificate 80 inserted for presentation from the customer reception face to an internal prescribed position and stops it there and carries it again to return it, and a video camera A42 which picks up the image of the certificate 80. The certificate confirming machine 60 is provided with a picture monitor 61 for the video camera A, a reporting part 63 which performs the reporting operation, and an operation part 64 which indicates whether the discount ticket should be issued or not. The automatic ticket vending machine 50 may be provided with a video camera B43 which picks up the image of the ticket purchasing customer and may be additionally provided with a ticket issue recording data base 70 where at least certificate specifying information for discount ticket issue is recorded and stored.</p> |
