PURPOSE:To avoid electric discharge near current lead fixtures, without adding any special device, by disposing anti-discharging structures between current leads and current leads fixtures disposed at a low temp. vessel. CONSTITUTION:Antidischarging structures A are each composed of an insulation and conductive layers 11 and 12 and other two insulation layers and every two conductive layers laminated The potential of the conductive layers alternately laminated on insulation materials are equal to that of a low temp. vessel 2 or independently grounded to avoid discharge between the insulators and vessel. A magnetic material is preferably used for, at least, a part of the material for forming the layer 12. Thus, the conductor of current leads 1 can be shielded from noises such as external leaking magnetic fields and hence the superconducing device can be operated stably. |
