<p>PURPOSE:To reliably prevent duplicate feed at paper sheet feeding time by forming a hardened coat by impregnating unfoamed liquid elastomer in a continuous foaming type elastomer surface and a continuous foam inside surface. CONSTITUTION:A drum 10 is rotatably supported around the axis, and a nozzle 12 to flow down unfoamed liquid elastomer to the drum is arranged in the vicinity of an outer peripheral surface of the drum 10. When a core material 14 is impregnated with the unfoamed liquid elastomer in a position brought into pressure contact with the drum 10, the nozzle 12 is situated in one end part of the drum 10, and while making the unfoamed liquid elastomer flow down from the nozzle 12, the nozzle 12 is repeatedly moved by the prescribed number of times toward the other part of the drum 10. Next, after impregnation into the core material 14 is finished, hardening processing is performed, for example, at 100 deg.C for 30 minutes. Thereby, a duplicate feed preventive rubber roller excellent in abrasion resistance can bee manufactured.</p> |
