<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a DC leak detection and protective device in which measures against temperature drift, magnetic shield and the like in conventional cases are not required and which is economical and highly reliable. CONSTITUTION:A DC leak detection and protective device is provided with DC power supplies 1, 2 which are connected to the primary side 100b of a current transformer 100 so as to make a DC leak current flow, with an AC generator 22 which excites the secondary side 100a of the current transformer 100, with a detection means (composed of a resistor 12, an amplifier 23, peak detectors 24, 25 and a level detector 13) which detects a DC leak on the basis of a fact that a current from the generator 22 has caused a difference between the positive side and the negative side and with a circuit breaker 28 which is installed at the grounding part of the DC power supplies 1, 2 and which opens a part between the DC power supplies 1, 2 and the grounding part when the DC leak is detected by the detection means.</p> |
