<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a water-soluble colored photosensitive resin compsn. for forming the colored layer of a color filter contg. no heavy metal or org. solvent, developable wit.h an aq. developer and giving a colored pattern with high resolution even by proximity exposure. CONSTITUTION:This water-soluble colored photosensitive resin compsn. contains a water-soluble resin, a crosslinking agent contg. a water-soluble azido compd. and a colorant. The water-soluble resin contains a polymer using at least one kind of acrylamide monomer selected from among alpha-substitution products of acrylamide, N-monosubstitution products of acrylamide, N,N-clisubstitution products of acrylamide and N-monosubstitution products of methacrylamide.</p> |
