<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a light source bulb from its wastage due to a rush current by reducing the rush current, generated when operated lighting, by improving a switch for a headlamp. CONSTITUTION:A movable contact 5a is moved along a locus 5a1. A fixed contact 5b is provided in one end of the locus, also to provide a non-conduction part 5c in the other end of this locus. Between these fixed contact 5b and non- conduction part 5c, an intermediate contact 54 is provided, also to connect this intermediate contact 5d to the fixed contact 5b through a fixed resistor 5e. The movable contact 5a, during the time it is moved from the non-conduction part 5c to the fixed contact 5b, passes through the intermediate contact 54. During the time the movable contact passes through the intermediate contact 54, a current is carried in a light source bulb 1 through a fixed resistor 5e in series, to gradually preheat the light source bulb so as to prevent a rush current from being generated.</p> |
