EMBOSSED SHAPED SHEET

PURPOSE:To provide a shaped sheet capable of being repeatedly used without being swollen and deformed when a polyester decorative panel is produced by forming a laminated shaped sheet having resistance against an unsaturated polyester resin component. CONSTITUTION:The support of a shaped sheet is formed as a laminated sheet by laminating a polyvinyl chloride sheet 11 and an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer film 12 and the uneven surface of a matrix sheet is superposed on the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer film of the laminated sheet and pressed under heating by a press to form the uneven shape of the matrix sheet to the laminated sheet to form a shaped sheet. When a polyester decorative panel is produced using the shaped sheet, since the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer of the shaped sheet has resistance against an unsaturated polyester resin component, the shaped sheet can be repeatedly used.
