ORGANIC COATING METAL PLATE WITH ADHESIVE PROPERTIES

PURPOSE:To provide an organic coating metal plate having adhesive function even without coating with adhesive and having excellent corrosion resistance and processing adhesive properties. CONSTITUTION:An organic coating metal plate has an organic film made of thermoplastic resin for developing adhesive strength by heating with a thickness of 0.5 to 100mum on both or one side surface of a metal plate. The softening temperature of the resin is preferably 200 to lower than 500 deg.C. Particularly, the resin preferably contains 10-85wt.% of ethylene tetrafluoride resin (PTFE) or/and ethylene tetrafluoride-propylene hexafluoride copolymer resin (FEP) to the entire resin and at least one or more types of the resin selected from a group consisting of polyether sulfone resin (PES), polyphenylene sulfide resin (PPS) and polyamideimide resin (PAI).
