PURPOSE:To contrive a shortening of the time to take for the receipt of tempera ture control constant data to correspond to environmental temperatures and to increase the productivity of a coating device. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 17 makes a temperature controller 27 execute a temperature control operation via a heater 28 using temperature control (P.I.D.) constant data to suit to various environmental temperatures to correspond to a certain set temperature, which is stored in a ROM 16, of a coating nozzle on the basis of an environmental temperature, which is measured by a temperature sensor 30, in the vicinity of the nozzle. |
