PURPOSE:To provide a sheet for firing of a ceramic substrate with a simple structure so that not only fusing and sticking of ceramic substrate is prevented when lots of ceramic substrates are laminated and fired, but the sheet itself is easily produced and the sheet is more easily handled. CONSTITUTION:This sheet for firing ceramic substrates is produced by a paper making method. The sheet consists of 10-30wt.% carbon fiber, expressed in terms of the dry weight, having 5-50mum diameter and 0.7-6mm fiber length, 10-20wt.% pulp fiber, and the balance ceramic powder having 0.1-100mum particle size. The basis weight of the sheet is 30g/m<2> to 200g/m<2>. |
