PURPOSE:To provide a motor without requiring a target for operating force with a high efficiency and to use a generator in the same configuration as the motor in the motor utilizing electric field and magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:By utilizing that a limited amount of total mutual operation force between devices for generating two or more AC magnetic fields and AC magnetic fields and AC electromagnetic field remain due to an electromagnetic delay potential, a motor which is highly efficient, can be generated simultaneously, and further does not require a target for operating force when moving the target can be constituted. Namely, for example, two AC electric field and AC magnetic field generators 01 and 02 which are laid out so that they affect each other, power supplies 03 and 04 which can be regenerated for supplying current and voltage to the devices 01 and 02, and a controller 05 for controlling current and voltage so that a limited amount of total mutual operation force remains between the devices 01 and 02 due to electromagnetic delay potential are provided. |
