PURPOSE:To provide a highly durable coated metal plate with properties such as corrosion resistance in flaw part, processability, and snow slipperiness. CONSTITUTION:In a coated metal plate in which an epoxy resin undercoat layer incorporated with rust preventive pigment is formed on one side or both sides of a metal plate, a vinylidene fluoride resin intermediate coat layer is formed on the undercoat layer, and a vinylidene fluoride resin finish coat layer is formed on the intermediate coat layer, the vinylidene fluoride resin in the intermediate coat layer is modified with an alkyl methacrylate and alkyl acrylate. The vinylidene fluoride resin in the finish coat layer is modified with an alkyl methacrylate or with an alkyl methacrylate and an alkyl acrylate. Moreover, ceramic fibers 2-10mum in diameter, 5-150mum in length in an amount of 6-40 pts. to 100 pts. the resin are incorporated in the intermediate layer.
