PURPOSE:To eliminate switches and to start/stop installed equipments under personal management. CONSTITUTION:Simplified portable telephones are defined as mobile stations 1-1, 1-2... to be carried with individuals, and a system is equipped with plural indoor base stations 2-1, 2-2... arranged indoors for performing radio communication with these mobile stations, exchange 9 to which the plural indoor base stations are connected through communication lines, and control means 4 to 8 for identifying whether the request of the mobile station to perform radio communication with the indoor base station shows telephone or control, further identifying a control signal in the case of control and transmitting control commands to the indoor installed equipments. Thus, the installed equipments can be started/stopped by utilizing the simplified portable telephone carried with each person, and the switches for starting/stopping the installed equipments can be eliminated from the inside of rooms.
