PURPOSE: To continuously monitor the concentration of a substance to be analysed in blood with less invasive intervention by directly measuring a parameter correlating to an analysed substance concentration in blood circulation tissue by means of a sensor attached to a patient body without any reagent and wirelessly transmitting the measurement value to an evaluation electronic apparatus containing a reagent for evaluation. CONSTITUTION: An integrated analysis element/sensor system 1 is constructed of a sensor unit 2 attached to a body of a patient and a central processing unit 3 connected to the unit 2 via wireless transmission 4. The unit 2, which is constructed of sensors 7, 8 connected to a base unit 6 via cables 9, is hung around a neck of the patient by a string 10. The unit 2, which is a tissue transmitting optical analysis system, is provided with an emitter irradiating the tissue and an photodetector and measures a parameter correlating to a concentration of an analysed substance so as to transmit it to the central processing unit 3. The unit 3 stores this measurement value, and computes the concentration in blood by using a stored evaluation curve so as to give a display 21 or an alarm, or performs invasive analysis by using a test piece.
