DECIDING METHOD FOR MOBILE COMMUNICATION CELL AND MOBILE STATION EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To start communication quickly and properly by placing priority over spread code scanning for cell decision at starting so as to prevent a delay in cell discrimination. CONSTITUTION:A communication end detection section 1 stores a code C5 of a cell of a base station making communication just before the end of communication with respect to a porch channel by a storage section 2. Only the code C5 is scanned at starting by a cell code scanning section 8. An input means provided to a mobile station equipment stores the code in an optional cell at a code storage section 2 and implements cell code scanning while placing the priority over the code. In this case, as the selected cell is a home position or a working place or the like and as the input method, a command is inputted in to the resident cell or direct input of a cell code is made properly.
