PURPOSE:To prevent a sewing pattern from slipping off as well as to restrain an increase in the quantity of usage of raw textile following the formation of projected spots by forming a plurality of projected spots at each position which is inclined by a specified angle with respect to the weaving direction of base fabric at the front side and the rear sides, and positioning a plurality of the projected spots by the use of a plurality of projected spots in base fabric faced to the aforesaid base fabric. CONSTITUTION:The air bag main body which is formed by weaving base fabric 3a together with base fabric 35 at their end peripheries, has its injection hole 4 in the base fabric 3b at the rear side. In this case, a plurality of projected spots 11a at each position which is inclined by an angle of 20 deg. to 45 deg. with respect to the vertical weaving direction X, are formed at equal intervals for example, 90 deg.; and a plurality of projected spots 11a are similarly formed in the base fabric 3b. The formation of the projected spots 11a in the inside of a normal line P representing an end section in the weaving direction, restrains an increase in the quantity of usage of raw textile. And when the base fabric 3a is woven together with the base fabric 3b at their outer peripheries, positioning can thereby be made by letting the projected spots 11a of the base fabric 3a at the front side coincide with the projected spots 11a of the base fabric 3b at the rear side.
