PURPOSE: To prepare a composition capable of simultaneously acting on the surface layer and deep layer of the skin and preventing aging of the skin by including at least one active agent delivered through two different categories of lipid vesicles. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises a first dispersion of lipid vesicles containing at least one agent selected from a moisturizing agent, an anti-free-radical agent, a keratolytic agent, a protide, an anti-elastase agent, an anti-collagenase agent, an enzyme and a fatty acid derivative, and a second dispersion of lipid vesicles containing at least one active agent selected from a keratolytic agent, a tensioning agent, a moisturizing agent, a surface-restructuring agent and an anti-free-radical agent. The first dispersion is in a fluidizing state at a room temperature, is capable of penetrating into the deep layer of the skin and treats the deep layer. The second dispersion is in a gel state at the room temperature, is capable of penetrating into the surface layer of the skin and treats the surface layer. The composition is useful for cosmetic or dermatological treatment of defect or complaint of the skin including the scalp, especially treatment of aging of the skin.
