PURPOSE:To provide a catheter which comprises a rigid tube and a soft cover structure and has a spiral slit at a part or in the entire length of the rigid tube. CONSTITUTION:A spiral slit 2 is put into a rigid tube 1 so as to allow the changing of a bending elastic modulus of the tube, which enables the varying of the rigidity freely from a very soft structure to the traditional rigid tube 1. This structure facilitates the inserting of a catheter into a celom without damaging the celom and without causing pains to a testee. |
