O- heteroaryl-, O alkylheteroaryl-. O-alkenylheteroaryl- and O-alkynylheteroarylmacrolides, in joint formula:that are synthesized from respective original agents through alkylation and/or arylation cyclohexyl ring C-3'' and/or C-4'' atoms. These macrolide immunosuppressive is useful in mammal treatment in case of autoimmune diseases, infections and in the prevention of transplanted organ rejection and/or in the treatment of similar disorders, diseases and illnesses.
