PURPOSE:To perform substitution of a lesion and to ensure a blood flow to the brain even when the blood flow in a blood vessel of a host is stopped by means of a forceps, by using a branched artificial blood vessel with four branched side tubes wherein three side tubes among them form a group and one side tube is provided apart from this group. CONSTITUTION:A branched artificial blood vessel being suitable for substituting for the lesion of the main artery arc and with four branched side tubes wherein three side tubes A-C form a group and one side tube D is provided apart from this group, is provided. Namely, three side tubes A-C are provided in parallel as a group on a straight line with an angle of at most 30 deg. to the length direction of the branched artificial blood vessel main body and one side tube D is provided within a range consisting of the both sides of a width L occupied in the length direction of three side tubes A-C of the group added with L/2 or apart by this range in the length direction. In addition, the artery blood pulsed out from the heart of a patient is carried through the side tube D and two side tubes among the side tubes A-C are utilized for circulated blood flow in the brain and obstraction is performed by another forceps. |
