摘要 The present invention relates to methods of waste processing and usage where unsorted waste is processed with at least one high temperature flow effect. The neutralised compound which is compressed with liquid using a load method to compact packages, while variety and structure solidity are preserved. The flow effect is maintained through pressing, and later the waste compound is led in appropriate form to a hot channel (above 100 degrees C). The compound is pressed in the channel, and when there is an appropriate contact with the walls of the channel it is kept until the primary liquid evaporates and mechanical counterforce of single neutralized components is voided and partial gas exhaust takes place. A hard lumpy conglomerate, which is pushed out of the channel and is stable in form and structure, is led to a high temperature reactor of at least 1,000 degrees C, where it forms a filling, pervious to gas. After abstracting some metal components and using the energy of the gas extracted from neutralized waste, the residual fluid material is led to a second high temperature melting process in one of the method versions. In the melting process, an energy characteristic of the alloy is used and inactive manufacturing products and/or semi-manufactures are produced.A high temperature is maintained in the gasification zone. The hot gas produced is used to warm the non-pyrolised neutralised waste compound, it is cooled and passes through the temperature area, needed for producing chlorinated hydrocarbons. The temperature is dangerous.Another method implementation is to use the first melting bath of 1,300 degrees C and the second melting bath of 1,500 degrees C to 1,800 degrees C coupled in tow. The second melting bath removes all non-homogeneous structures and toxic inserts remaining in the first melting bath in certain cases.
