The growth of plants is promoted by irradiating 450nm-680nm and 10E14 Hz artificial lunar light at night. The violet of artificial lunar light is removed. The blue color of artificial lunar light in obtained by using a wavelength controller, a frequency controller and a filter of lamp. The yield of plants become enlarged.
