Sequential filling and consolidation of sand moulds

Method for the accelerated preparation of sand moulds (12a,12b) in a moulding machine consisting of a filling statin "1" and a consolidation "11" in which a pair of sand frames (11a,11b) are moved above, and a pair of patterns (14a,14b), each on a carrier (13a,13b), are moved below a transport line (v) into positions in stations "1" and "11". Also claimed is the equipment required for this method.
