Noise-reducing protective coating, application process and uses

A process for coating vehicle bodies, esp. the underside,with a hardenable material containing gas bubbles involves: (i) mixing gas into the viscous material; (ii) atomising the mixed material; (iii) applying onto the vehicle body; (iv) hardening. The coating (2) is claimed as is a use for the material in coating vehicle bodywork (1).
