The wash basin is provided with pipes for the air infeed and/or for the water user for circulating in and rinsing the wash basin. The pipes incorporate a suction line (15) which is connected to the wash basin and to the supply pump (1). A pressure line (6,17) is connected to a jet (7) which connects to the inner space of the basin. An additive infeed (22) is controlled by a dosing stretch (20) with control valve which is incorporated in the piping system. An extension of the dosing stretch (20) is connected to the feed pump (1). The piping system for the water and/or the air, incorporates a circulation pump (55) which is in addition to the supply pump (1). The rinsing and circulating circuit incorporates a further control valve which is sued as a drain valve.
