Controlling transfer and drying of coating materials in machines

摘要

The transfer of the coating material is controlled by application of the electrorheological effect using electrical fields. The drying of the applied material is achieved by including the use of electrical fields in conventional drying methods. The control of the transfer of the material is carried out by using electrical fields which are adjustable over the control region. The fields are generated to exert forces perpendicular to the direction of flow and motion of the coating material.
