The device of a moving container and a moving vacuum distillation plant. In the container (1), which is cylindrical, there are a rotating basket (2), a spray device (3) above and to one side of one half of the basket, with spray jets (4), a moving spray device (5) below the basket, and a heater (6). The spray jets may be opposed at an angle of 15-30 deg. to the spray device. The moving spray device may consist of a rotating tube with jets on it. The spray jets (4) and tube jets (5) may be round ones. The rate of rotation of the basket is 20 rpm. The heater can be varied between 40 and 90 deg. C.
