When a predetermined signal is applied to the mode terminal of the CPU (11), the computer (50) is allowed to directly access the memory (19) while the CPU (11) is prohibited from accessing the memory (19). The rewriting of the set data in the memory (19) by a control operation of the computer (50) is then carried out.</p>
