The hand lever has a release grip (14) mounted at the end of the lever arm (10) with an additional service element (16) within the grip (14), axially aligned with the lever arm, and movable between two positions, to release the lever lock (24,26). The release grip (14) has a cavity (15) in which the service element (16), fits, and in the extended position of its movement protrudes from the cavity (15).
