Process-controlled ingredient dispensing system for bakery

A process controlled ingredient dispensing system is housed beneath a work table. Parallel ingredient dispensers with integral dispensing screws discharge onto a central weigher with a collecting tank which moves horizontally along the ends of the dispensers. At the end of its movement the weigher is lifted and a cover in the work table is automatically opened to allow removal of the weigher tank. Pref. each dispenser contains an agitation to prevent bridging of its ingredients.
