Air conditioning installation for buildings utilising solar energy

The system provides heating, cooling and moisturising of air used to condition a room by a heat pump, heat exchangers and a solar panel. The room (4) is supplied with outside air through a rotary adsorption moisture exchanger (1), a heat exchanger (2) and the evaporator (3) of a heat pump compressor (8), and returned to the exterior through a moisture extractor (5) and the heat exchanger (2). More outside air is passed through the condenser (6) of the heat pump, and is further heated by a heater (7) before passing to the moisture regenerator (1). A solar panel (10) can provide additional heating from solar energy and also electrical energy to the compressor motor (8) by means of photo-voltaic action.
