The ophthalmic solution comprises (a) the equivalent to 0.001-0.14 % of Diclofenac itself or an isomer, or a derivative or one of the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; (b) the equivalent to a value of 0.001-0.45 % of Tobramycine, obtained from Tobramycine itself or from an isomer or a derivative or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; (c) optionally a solubilizer, an isotonizer, a pH damper, a viscosizer, a chelator, a preserving agent, and/or an excipient for pharmaceutical hydrogels. Application to the treatment of ocular and otic inflammations and/or infections.
