PURPOSE:To attain labor saving and rationalization by inputting data by an OCR and using an information processor completely for processing. CONSTITUTION:When an operation daily report 10 where a symbol consisting normally of one character is entered in each of frames provided at constant intervals of time width is read by an OCR 20, a totalization arithmetic unit 30 discriminates the mark and counts detected marks for each mark contents, thereby calculating the integral operation time of operation indicated by the mark. Necessary information on the operation control of the device is obtained according to calculated time data by operations. Further, the entry into the operation daily report is facilitated. |
