<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a wheel stop device from being demounted from a wheel unless lock is released, by installing a pair of wedge shaped wheel stop, fixed member arranged on the wheel surface side, four arms connecting the fixed member and the wheel stop, and a shielding plate for shielding the mechanism part of the fixed member. CONSTITUTION:A wheel stop device is equipped with a pair of wedge shaped wheel stops 1 and 1, fixing member 2, four arms 3-3, and a shielding plate 4. As for the fixed member 2, a pair of movable plates 7 and 7 on which a plurality of hooking holes 8,... for fitting-engaging the inner edges of four arms 3-3 are drilled are installed in slidable manner, for two guide rails 6 and 6 which are laid in the horizontal direction, and a tightening metal fitting 12 is laid between the movable plates 7 and 7. Further, the arms 3-3 are equipped with a fixed part which constitutes the fixed member 2, and the shielding plate 4 is integrally fixed with a hooking arm 11a formed on the fixed member 2, and the demounting from the fixed member 2 is regulated by hooking the hooking arm 11a. Accordingly, the demounting operation is made simple, and after the installation to a wheel, the demounting from a wheel is prevented unless lock releasing operation is carried out.</p> |
