CONSTITUTION:The host equipment 30 side is provided with sleep command signal transmission control means 31, 32 and sleep release signal transmission control means 31, 32, and an electrophotographic device 10 is provided with dormant state changeover holding control means 12, 13 and dormant state release holding control means 12, 13. It is so constituted that a heat-fixing apparatus 23 can be held in the dormant state during the start-up of a screen saver 40 on the host equipment 30 side and that the heat-fixing apparatus 23 can rise in correspondence with the rise of the host equipment 30. |
