<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal recording device with which printing is speeded up and resolution is heightened and high gradation can be easily obtained, by providing a light heat conversion member which is superposed on a thermosensible paper and heats when it receives laser beam from a laser scanning unit for projecting the laser beam. CONSTITUTION:When a part to be printed of a thermosensible paper P reaches in between a preheating drum 19 and a light heat conversion plate 15, paper feed rollers 16 and 17 are stopped once. When an LSU 12 projects laser beam to be controlled by an on-off system based on plotting information of characters to be printed, the laser beam reflects on a reflective mirror 13 and is projected on the light heat conversion plate to be superposed on the thermosensible paper P preheated by the preheating drum 19. Thus, the light heat conversion plate heats according to a pattern made by the plotting information of characters by the laser beam to be controlled by the on-off system. Accordingly, a part which comes into contact with the heating part of the light heat conversion plate is immediately colored, so that the pattern of the characters for one line is printed on the thermosensible paper P at a high speed.</p> |
