PURPOSE:To provide a developing device capable of obtaining a recorded image of a sufficient density in the state where a paint out image is not generated, while preventing a deterioration in image quality on the surface part of the recorded image caused by the generation of the oppositely electrified toner by using one-component toner. CONSTITUTION:Toner T supplied to the first developing roller 32 side by a toner supplying roller 31 is magnetically attracted by the magnetic pole of the surface of the first developing roller 32, to be carried and the carried toner quantity is regulated to 0.2mg/cm<2> to 0.7mg/cm<2> by a blade 34. Then, the toner is attracted/transferred to the second developing roller 33 side by the potential difference (Vb-Vb') between the first and second developing rollers 32 and 33 and supplied to a developing part where a photoreceptor drum 1 is in contact with the second developing roller 33 by its rotation. |
