PURPOSE:To obtain much more compact stabilizing power supply apparatus than before while an area including a passive part and active part respectively consisting of a capacitor or reactor and various semiconductor elements are utilized multiply and are integrated. CONSTITUTION:A charge accumulation element 20 such as a capacitor, etc., formed of thin-film lamination structure and a magnetic inductive element 30 such as a reactor, etc., are alternately piled up on a substrate 10 in order to from a passive part 50 as a single plane thin-film laminated body, and an active part 60 including a transistor 61, diode 62, control circuit 63, etc., is incorporated in a flip chip, then a terminal 51 is prepared on the upper face of the laminated body of the part 50. Further a bump electrode 64 of the flip chip is connected with the terminal 51, thereby allowing the parts 50 and 60 to be fixed and integrated and realizing a compact stabilizing power supply apparatus 70.
