PURPOSE:To dispense with a process for scraping a draft angle by a method wherein a nipping member to wrap the lower end of a running case is arranged at a coupling part between a rotary transmission part and a running case and the lower end of the running case is coupled thereto from a direction crossing a transmission shaft at right angles by means of bolts. CONSTITUTION:A running case 31 is formed by an aluminum die cast, the lower part thereof forms a taper-off-form part 31a and a nipping member 33 to wrap the taper-off-form part 31a therewith is securely welded in the middle of a rotary transmission case 32 molded through plate press. The taper-off-form part 31a and the nipping member 33 are fastened against each other by means of bolts 34 from a direction crossing a rotary transmission shaft 27. Leakage of oil through a gap between the rotary transmission part 32 and the taper-off part 31a of the running case 31 is prevented from occurring by means of an O-ring. Since, even when the lower end of the running case 31 is placed at a draft angle, fastening is effected by means of bolts from a lateral direction, there is no need to scrape off and manufacture is practicable completely without processing.
